Expert Pediatric Sleep Support — Centered on Your Family

We help families build healthy, sustainable sleep skills.
Sleep challenges are common throughout childhood and often affect more than just bedtime, showing up as behavior, attention, or learning difficulties during the day.
Using evidence-based strategies grounded in Applied Behavior Analysis and Behavioral Sleep Medicine, we partner with you to create individualized sleep plans that fit your child, your values, and your real life — so your whole family can rest, reset, and thrive.

Sleep Assessment & Treatment
The Sleep Assessment & Treatment package is a comprehensive process designed for families navigating persistent or complex sleep challenges, or for those who would benefit from more hands-on guidance and support.
This approach includes:
-
A comprehensive assessment conducted via telehealth to understand your child’s sleep, routines, and the factors influencing how things are currently going.
-
A personalized, collaborative plan developed together to reflect your child’s needs, your family’s values, and what will feel manageable and sustainable to implement.
-
Ongoing support and adjustment to answer questions, make changes as needed, and support steady progress as strategies are put into place.

Sleep Strategy Session
A Sleep Strategy Session is a focused, 1-hour conversation designed to help you better understand your child’s sleep and identify the most effective path forward.
This is not a one-size-fits-all approach. We’ll look closely at your child’s current patterns, routines, and developmental stage, and talk through targeted strategies that can move things in a better direction.
This is a great fit if you are:
-
Navigating a new or emerging sleep challenge
-
Moving through a transition (e.g., toddler bed, schedule changes)
-
Trying to determine whether something is a phase or a pattern
-
Looking for clear, professional guidance without committing to a longer program
For families navigating longstanding, complex, or multi-layered sleep challenges, a more in-depth approach is often more effective. In those cases, we can discuss options for working together more closely.
