Ascend Behavioral Consulting was established in 2018 by Kelsey LeBlanc. Kelsey is a Pediatric Behavioral Sleep Specialist, Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), Licensed Applied Behavior Analyst (LABA), and former Special Educator with over 15 years of experience in the field. Throughout her career, Kelsey has worked with countless children, families, and teams towards making concrete and meaningful changes to improve the health, happiness, and success of each client using Applied Behavior Analysis. Kelsey has a passion for supporting families who are struggling with sleep challenges, and has focused her practice over the past several years towards improving family sleep through both clinical work and corporate speaking. In her spare time she enjoys running, reading, and spending time with her husband and two children.
